Hadith 8:919
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Hisham ibn 'Urwah, from his father, who said: Everything that detains the Muhrim (a person in the state of Ihram) is Ihsar (being prevented from completing the rites of Hajj or Umrah).
