Hadith 8:976
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Ibrahim, who said: If he performs ‘Umrah and has never performed Hajj, then if he wishes, he may shorten [his hair], and if he wishes, he may shave [his head].
