Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 31:78

Muhammad ibn Abd Allah al-Asadi narrated to us, from Sufyan, from al-Shaybani, from Ikrimah, who said: The Sirat (bridge) is upon the bridge of Hell; they will arrive at it.
