Hadith 29:113
Ubayd Allah ibn Musa narrated to us, he said: Isra'il informed us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Muhallab ibn Abi Sufra, who said: We besieged the city of al-Ahwaz and conquered it, and there had been a mention of a peace treaty. We took women and had intercourse with them. That reached Umar, so he wrote to us: "Take their children and return their women to them." And some of them had already made peace.
حدثنا عبيد الله بن موسى قال أخبرنا إسرائيل عن أبي إسحاق عن المهلب بن أبي صفرة قال حاصرنا مدينة الأهواز فافتتحناها وقد كان ذكر صلح فأصبنا نساء فوقعنا عليهن فبلغ ذلك عمر فكتب إلينا خذوا أولادهم وردوا إليهم نساءهم وقد كان صالح بعضهم
