Hadith 29:13
Ja'far ibn 'Awn narrated to us, he said: Yunus informed us, from Abu al-Safar, who said: When Khalid ibn al-Walid arrived at al-Hirah, he stayed with the Banu al-Marazibah. He said: Then poison was brought to him, so he took it and placed it in his palm, and said, "In the name of Allah," and swallowed it. It did not harm him at all, by the permission of Allah.
حدثنا جعفر بن عون قال أخبرنا يونس عن أبي السفر قال لما قدم خالد بن الوليد إلى الحيرة نزل على بني المرازبة قال فأتي بالسم فأخذه فجعله في راحته وقال بسم الله فاقتحمه فلم يضره بإذن الله شيئا
