Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 29:200

Al-Hasan ibn Musa narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Ali ibn Zayd, from Yusuf ibn Mihran, from Ibn Abbas, from the Prophet, who said: "The lifespan of Adam was one thousand years, and the lifespan of David was sixty years. Adam said, 'O my Lord, increase him from my lifespan by forty years.' So He completed for Adam one thousand years, and He completed for David one hundred years."
