Hadith 29:209
Ibn Idris narrated to us, from his father and Malik ibn Mughawwal, from al-Hakam, who said: The first to judge in Kufa, here, was Salman ibn Rabi'ah al-Bahili. He sat for forty days, and no disputant came to him.
