Hadith 29:212
Hussain bin Ali narrated to us, from Sufyan, who said: I heard al-Hudhali ask Ja’far, "How old was Ali when he perished?" He said, "He was killed while he was fifty-eight, and al-Hasan died at that [age], and al-Husain was killed [at that age]."
حدثنا حسين بن علي عن سفيان قال سمعت الهذلي سأل جعفر كم كان لعلي حين هلك قال قتل وهو بن ثمان وخمسين ومات لها الحسن وقتل الحسين
