Hadith 29:233
Abu Usama narrated to us, from Hisham, from his father, who said: Khadija passed away two years, or close to that, before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) departed for Medina. Then he married Aisha while she was six years old, and then he consummated the marriage with Aisha while she was nine years old.
