Hadith 29:32
Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Mis’ar narrated to us, from Habib ibn Abi Thabit, from Nu’aym ibn Abi Hind, he said: A man said on the day of al-Qadisiyyah: "O Allah, indeed [I am] a black, [foul-mouthed] hunchback, so marry me today to the wide-eyed houris." Then he stepped forward and was killed. He said: So they passed by him while he was embracing a great man.
حدثنا وكيع قال ثنا مسعر عن حبيب بن أبي ثابت عن نعيم بن أبي هند قال قال رجل يوم القادسية اللهم إن [ حدبة ] سوداء [ بذيئة ] فزوجني اليوم من الحور العين ثم تقدم فقتل قال فمروا عليه وهو معانق رجل عظيم
