Hadith 29:34
Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Husayn, from Sa’d ibn ‘Ubaydah, from al-Bara’, who said: Umar commanded me to announce at al-Qadisiyyah: "Do not steep [dates or grapes] in a gourd (dabba), nor in a glazed jar (hantam), nor in a pitch-coated vessel (muzaffat)."
حدثنا بن إدريس عن حصين عن سعد بن عبيدة عن البراء قال أمرني عمر أن أنادي بالقادسية لا ينبذ في دباء ولا حنتم ولا مزفت
