Hadith 29:39
'Abbad narrated to us, from Husayn, from whoever witnessed that: A man bought a slave girl from the spoils of war. He said: When she saw that she had become exclusively his, she brought out much jewelry that was with her. He said: The man said, "I do not know what this is," until he came to Sa'd and asked him. He said, "Place it among the spoils of the Muslims."
حدثنا عباد عن حصين عمن أدرك ذاك أن رجلا أشترى جارية من المغنم قال فلما رأت أنها قد اخلصت له أخرجت حليا كثيرا كان معها قال فقال الرجل ما أدري ما هذا حتى اتى سعدا فسأله فقال اجعله في غنائم المسلمين
