Hadith 29:89
Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from ‘Ata’ and Muhammad ibn Suqah, from al-Sha’bi, who said: When Salman invaded Balanjar, he obtained in his share a pouch of musk. When he returned, he entrusted it to his wife. When he fell into the illness from which he died, he said to his wife while he was dying, "Show me the pouch that I entrusted to you." She brought it to him, and he said, "Bring me a clean vessel." She brought it to him, and he said, "Pour it out, then sprinkle it around me, for there are present with me creatures from the creatures of Allah who do not eat food, but they enjoy the scent." Then he said, "Leave me and keep watch over me." She went out, then returned, and he had already passed away.
