Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:107

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Jabir and Abdullah bin Isa, from al-Sha’bi, that he said: There is no cutting [of the hand] for a slave who confesses to theft.
