Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:109

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Isra’il, from Jabir, from Abu al-Duha and al-Sha’bi, they both said: A prescribed punishment (hadd) is not to be established upon a slave by confession, except by clear evidence (bayyinah).
