Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:136

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'tamir narrated to us, from Layth, from Tawus, Mujahid, al-Sha'bi, and al-Hakam, from Ibrahim, they said: If a Jewess or a Christian woman is under a Muslim [as a wife], there is no *li'an* (imprecation) between them, and there is no *hadd* (prescribed punishment) upon the one who accuses them of unchastity.
