Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:138

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, he said: If a Jew or a Christian is accused of unchastity (qadhf), the one who accused him shall be disciplined (ta’zir).
