Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:14

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid bin Harun narrated to us, he said: Sulayman bin Kathir and Ibrahim bin Sa'd informed us, both of them said: Al-Zuhri informed us, from Urwah, from Aisha, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, he said: "The cutting [of the hand for theft] is for a quarter of a dinar and upwards."
