Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ma'n ibn 'Isa narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Dhi'b, from al-Zuhri, who said: Regarding the people of the covenant (ahl al-dhimma): They are to be flogged for slander against the Muslims.
