Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:16

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ahmad ibn Ishaq narrated to us, from Wuhayb, he said: Abu Waqid narrated to us, from Amir ibn Sa’d, from his father, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "The thief's hand is cut off for the price of a shield."
