Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:169

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from Jabir, from al-Qasim, from his father, who said: Abdullah said: "There is no *hadd* (prescribed punishment) except for two men: a man who accuses a chaste woman [of adultery], or a man who denies a man's [lineage from] his father, even if his mother was a slave woman."
