Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:172

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from a sheikh from the Azd, that Ibn Hubayrah asked al-Hasan and al-Sha’bi about it. They both said: "The prescribed punishment (hadd) is to be administered." They were speaking about a man who disowns a man from his father and his mother.
