Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:186

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, that he used to say: If a woman is owned once, then she is emancipated, then the one who falsely accuses her (of unchastity) must receive the prescribed punishment (hadd).
