Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: Abd Rabbih ibn Abi Umayyah ibn al-Harith informed me, from al-Harith ibn Abd Allah ibn Abi Rabi'ah that he narrated to him, and Abd al-Rahman ibn Sabit also narrated to him, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) was brought a slave who had stolen, so he cut off his hand. Then [he stole] a second time, so he cut off his foot. Then he was brought [again], so he cut off his hand. Then he was brought [again], so he cut off his foot.
