Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:20

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Marwan bin Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from Humayd, he said: Anas was asked: "For what amount is the hand of the thief cut?" He said: "Abu Bakr cut [the hand] for that which would not please me if it were mine, for five dirhams or three dirhams."
