Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:222

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Habib, from Ibn Abbas; and from Sufyan, from Mansur, from Mujahid; and from Shu’bah, from ‘Amr ibn Murrah, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr; they said: There is no prescribed punishment (hadd) upon the slave woman until she is married.
