Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:244

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, from Ibn Lahi'ah, from Abdullah ibn Hubayrah, from a man whom he named, that Zayd ibn Thabit and Ibn Umar were asked about a man who said to his wife, "I did not find you a virgin." They said: If he provides proof, the prescribed punishment (hadd) is lashed upon her, and she is his wife. And if he does not provide proof, he performs li'an (oath of imprecation) with her, and they are separated.
