Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:245

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Khalid narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Dhi'b, from al-Zuhri, who said: If a man consummates the marriage with a woman, then says, "I did not find her a virgin," he said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) is to be inflicted upon him, and he does not perform li'an (imprecation), because he did not say, "I saw you committing adultery."
