Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:274

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ma'n ibn 'Isa narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Dhi'b, from al-Zuhri, who said: The sodomite is to be stoned if he is *muhsan* (married/previously married), and if he is a virgin, he is to be flogged one hundred lashes.
