Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Mansur, from Ibrahim; and from Sufyan, from al-Shaybani, from al-Hakam, regarding the sodomite: He is to be beaten, less than the prescribed punishment (hadd).
