Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:280

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hafs narrated to us, from Layth, from Tawus, that he used to say: "Upon him is the prescribed punishment (hadd), unless he says: 'I act according to the practice of the people of Lot.'"
