Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:287

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Jarir narrated to us, from Mughira, from Hammad, from Ibrahim, who said: Whoever accuses a person of it [slander/false accusation], he shall be flogged, and witnesses are sought in it just as they are sought in the witnesses of adultery.
