Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:288

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Ma’mar, from al-Zuhri, he said: If a man accuses a man of the act of the people of Lot or of [having intercourse with] an animal, he shall be flogged.
