Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Abu Hilal, from al-Hasan and ‘Ikrimah, they said: Al-Hasan said: There is no prescribed punishment (hadd) upon him. And ‘Ikrimah said: The prescribed punishment (hadd) is upon him.
