Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Qattan narrated to us, from Malik ibn Anas, from al-Zuhri, he said: It reached me from Umar, Uthman, and Ibn Umar that they used to lash the slave for wine [consumption] eighty [times].
