Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:32

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-A’la narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, he said: Ayyub ibn Musa narrated to me, from ‘Ata, from Ibn ‘Abbas: The thief’s hand is not to be cut for less than the price of the shield (mijan), and the price of the shield is ten dirhams.
