Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: 'Ata' said: If a man drinks from an intoxicant to the extent that he becomes intoxicated, then the prescribed punishment (hadd) has become obligatory upon him.
