Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:34

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Mubarak and Waki’ narrated to us, from al-Mas’udi, from al-Qasim, from Ibn Mas’ud, that he said: "The hand is not cut except for a dinar or ten dirhams."
