Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, from Mis’ar, from Abu Bakr ibn ‘Amr ibn ‘Utbah, from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Utbah, he said: I think he said from ‘Umar, he said: There is no prescribed punishment (hadd) except for that which steals the intellect.
