Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:347

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ad-Dahhak ibn Makhlad narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from Al-Hasan, he said: Whoever steals from a Jew or a Christian, or takes from the people of the Dhimma, his hand shall be cut.
