Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hushaym narrated to us, from Abu Hurrah, from al-Hasan, who said: A slave forced a woman and had intercourse with her. They disputed before al-Hasan, and he was the judge at that time. He inflicted the prescribed punishment (hadd) upon him and awarded the slave to the woman.
