Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Hanzala bin Abi Sufyan, from al-Qasim: He was asked about the intoxicated person who steals. He said: "If he was known for stealing before that, then cut [his hand], and if not, then do not."
