Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:361

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Salim, from al-Sha'bi regarding the intoxicated person: He shall have his hand cut off if he steals, and he shall be held accountable for all of his crimes.
