Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:362

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from al-Awza’i, from al-Zuhri, regarding the intoxicated person: If he emancipates [a slave] or pronounces divorce, it is binding upon him, and the prescribed punishment (hadd) is carried out upon him.
