Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:371

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'adh ibn Mu'adh narrated to us, from Ash'ath, regarding a man who says to a man: "O drinker of wine, O drunkard." He said: He did not see any hadd (prescribed punishment) upon him.
