Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:372

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ad-Dahhak bin Makhlad narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from ‘Ata’, regarding a man who says to a man, "O drinker of wine," or "O thief." He said: There is no *hadd* (prescribed punishment) upon him, but [there is] lashes.
