Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:379

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from al-Hakam, he said: I asked him about a man who performs *li'an* (oath of imprecation) with his wife, then acknowledges the child. He said: He is lashed with the prescribed punishment (*hadd*), and the child is attached to him.
