Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Mu'tamir ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn al-Zubayr, from Makhul, who said: If a man performs li'an (oath of imprecation) and the woman refuses to perform li'an, she is to be stoned.
