Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:405

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Salam narrated to us, from Mutarrif, from Amir, regarding the slave woman who is under a free man, and he accuses her of adultery (qadhf). He said: There is no prescribed punishment (hadd) upon him, and there is no invoking of curses (li'an).
