Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 19:42

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Rahim ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Urwah, from his father, from Aisha, she said: "The hand was not cut during the time of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, for a trivial thing."
